Bill grew up in a strong community with a warm family and a mother determined to give her children the best education. He was professionally inspired by his mother’s hairstylist, Jacqueline Taylor, who was a well respected community member, and later was by Gladys Irvin and Gene Day from cosmetology school. Bill always left school in amazement, and looked forward to what he would learn the each day. As a teacher himself, he strives to share both his professional and technical experience to make sure each student receives the same quality educational experience he had.
