What is the greatest award show in the hair industry? Well it is the North American Hairstyling Awards, of course. NAHA is the equivalent of the Oscars for the hair world.

Here at Paul Mitchell The School - Atlanta, NAHA is near and dear to our hearts! Our owner, Scott Cole, is a two - time winner of NAHA: Multi-Cultural Hairdresser of the Year in 1993 and Master Stylist of the Year in 2004. Anyone in the industry will tell you that it is the honor of all honors to be a NAHA recipient!

Paul Mitchell The School - Atlanta is a finalist for the NAHA Salon/School Design Category! Out of hundreds of entries, we were selected as one of the five finalists! The Awards Ceremony will take place on July 13 at 8:00 pm at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Check us out!

To build a major portfolio while in cosmetology school is usually unheard of! Not at Paul Mitchell The School - Atlanta! Our Future Professionals have the opportunity each month to shoot with amazing photographers to build portfolios that are second to none!

Our next Future Professional photo shoot is scheduled for Monday, June 2. We will be shooting next door at Rob Brinson Studios. Bartram Nason will be our featured photographer. Check out his web site at bartramnason.com. He does brilliant work! Being located in The King Plow Arts Center situates us right in the middle of the visual and performing arts world!
